Q:Do you offer wholesale prices?
A:Available shipping options include international express (DHL/UPS/FedEx), air freight and sea freight. Contact us for shipping suggestions based on your destination and order size.
Q:What shipping methods are available?
A:MOQs are lower for in-stock models, whereas higher MOQs apply to items requiring custom fabrics, new mold development, or specialized medical device specifications. Specific MOQs are quoted individually based on the model, packaging, and customization requirements.
Q:What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:Standard order lead time is 15–25 days; lead times may be extended during peak seasons due to capacity constraints. Orders are scheduled for production only after sample approval, receipt of the deposit, and final confirmation of all packaging specifications.
Q:What is your production lead time after deposit?
A:We can provide a complete set of customs clearance documents and prepare shipping marks and Certificates of Origin according to customer requirements; we also assist in arranging Chamber of Commerce certification and Hague Apostille services.
Q:Can you provide customs declaration documents, packing list, commercial invoice?
A:Our payment term is 30% prepayment, the balance payment should be paid before delivery for FOB business term.
Q:What is your payment method?
A:Of course, please send me the products you need a quote for, along with the quantities, packaging, and all other details, and I will prepare a formal quotation for you.
Q:Can I get a formal quotation with details?
A:If it can be confirmed that the issue stems from a defect in our product, the warranty period can be extended to two years. However, we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by poor warehouse conditions or improper storage on your part.
Q:Can you extend the warranty period from 1 year to 2 years for me?
A:Yes, we can ship via express delivery, air freight, or ocean freight; all of these options offer door-to-door service.
Q:Can you send the goods door to door delivery ?
A:Medical compression stockings are used to prevent and alleviate varicose veins; anti-thrombosis stockings are used for post-surgery patients and those who are bedridden for extended periods; compression stockings are used for activities such as sports, hiking, and cycling.

Q:What exhibition are you attending?
A:We support terms such as FOB Ningbo/Yiwu, CIF (destination port), and DAP (door-to-door); we can coordinate with freight forwarders or work with a forwarder designated by the client.
Q:Which trade terms can you offer? FOB, CIF, DAP?
A:Quality inspections are integrated into the production process, and photos or videos of random inspections from the bulk shipment are provided prior to dispatch. In the event of defects attributable to the factory, we will negotiate a solution involving either replacement stock or a price adjustment; for damage occurring during transit, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Q:How to handle defective goods in bulk order?

Q:Can we pay by LC/DP?
